Welcome to Kiddloo. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing, shipping times, delivery, and related policies.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and package weight.

Domestic Shipping

Kiddloo currently ships within the United States.

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available in select regions.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Kiddloo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Kiddloo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address entered at checkout.

  2. Check around your property and with neighbors.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  4. Reach out to us for additional assistance.

​Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned or rerouted.

Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Restrictions


Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on destination or carrier regulations.

Kiddloo reserves the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations.
